La Merienda is located at the Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley. The menu, created by Executive Chef Jonathan Perno, features fresh local produce and seasonally inspired flavors. Our cuisine is rooted in what comes from our farm as well as our food shed. Ingredients include fresh eggs from our chickens, bacon and pork belly from our own pigs, honey from our bees, as well as fruits and vegetables from our fields. Recent accolades include Zagat’s Top 20 Winter Foodie Destinations as well the 2012 Edible Santa Fe Local Hero Award for Best Chef.
