La Merienda is a casual fine dining experience at the Historic Inn. Featuring Rio Grande Valley Cuisine rooted in what comes from our farm as well as other local growers in and around New Mexico. The menu, created by Executive Chef Jonathan Perno, features fresh local produce and seasonally inspired flavors. Ingredients include bacon and pork belly from our own pigs, honey from our bees, as well as fruits and vegetables from our fields. Recent accolades include Zagat’s Top 20 Winter Foodie Destinations as well Bon Appetit's Top Ten Hotels for Food Lovers in 2013.
