Trombino's Bistro Italiano is a locally owned family restaurant serving the greater Albuquerque area for over 30 years! Award-winning Italian cuisine that has become an Albuquerque staple. 2009 winner of Albuquerque the Magazine and The Alibi Best of Burque Italian, Trombino's is where to go to get your fix of authentic Italian cuisine. Trombino's has something for the whole family. Starting with our homemade Italian bread baked daily, to such classic dishes as homemade meat lasagna and spaghetti marinara with meatballs. Our steaks, chops, and wide range of fresh seafood choices are quickly becoming local favorites as well. Weekend and nightly specials keep our menu exciting and fresh even for those patrons that have been coming for all 30 years!

Brutus Salad — Our take on the classic Caesar

Minestrone Soup — The signature Italian soup to start your meal

Bruchetta Caprese(For Two) — Grilled Italian bread brushed with olive oil and topped with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, sweet basil and herbs

Chicken Marsala — Chicken breasts sauteed in a Marsala wine sauce with crimini mushrooms. Served with pasta garlic butter

Lobster Ravioli — Lobster stuffed ravioli with shrimp, roasted bell peppers and red onions in a Lobster cream sauce

Shrimp Fra Diavolo — Brandied shrimp tossed with hot and spicy fire roasted tomato sauce over pasta marinara. A local favorite!

Goat Cheese Ravioli — Ravioli stuffed with goat cheese then topped with our basil marinated fresh tomato sauce

Spumoni Ice Cream — A blend of pistachio, cherry and chocolate ice cream with candied cherries mixed in throughout
